If needed, we suggest spot cleaning the bag, but only with a small amount of water (preferably distilled) apply gently with a soft cloth. However, test a small area of the bag first before applying all over to avoid any damage.

Things to Avoid - Make sure not to expose the leather to too much moisture because this will cause damage to the leather. Do not use any kind of oils, polish, or products containing waxes or silicone, as it may damage the leather. Do not use saddle soap, alcohol, varnish, ammonia-based cleaners (i.e. Windex), or bleach as they may cause serious damage or discoloration. And lastly, do not use baby wipes or any other alkaline cleaners as it may damage the finish of the leather.

"In many ways, I feel like this is the bag that I have been looking for. I love the size. I love the functionality. I love the organization. I love the zip off purse. I never had anything more than my small wallet in the purse, but at times, it seemed difficult to get reattached to the bag. The zipper was almost twisted. I had to really work with it to get it to reconnect. I see that as a potential issue in the future, but now this bag is perfect. Several other people on my trip were amazed at the bag and pulled up the website to potentially order a bag of their own."

"The removable crossover bag is what sold me on this backpack. The backpack doesn’t hold quite as much as my Catalina Deluxe Tote, but it’s a good alternative when you don’t need to cram as much in. The various compartments and pockets are great for organizing everything. Overall, the backpack is easy to use and comfortable to wear. My one complaint is that the crossbody bag itself has no internal zippered or other pockets which means that everything inside is all jumbled together making it hard to find things like hotel key cards when you need them."

Nearly perfect

"I’ve now used this bag for a two week European vacation that included planes, trains, cars and a lot of walking, and a week long business trip and this backpack worked so well for both. It holds a lot more than it appears to hold and I can keep file folders in the pocket with my laptop and iPad. I do wish a few things: that the genius crossbody bag attached with a stronger magnet at the bottom because it will flop over if it’s holding anything of substance when it’s under the airplane seat. If it had a pocket on its backside to hold its strap when it’s attached to the backpack so the strap doesn’t get entangled with the stuff being stored in the bag itself. Finally, if one of the pockets had anti theft clips so I could confidently store wallet, phones and passports in it while walking around crowded places know for pickpockets, this bag would literally be perfect."

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. Fast Shipping (estimated delivery in 3–4 business days) is $25 and available for orders containing three items or fewer.
