We kept the strap buckles from the first edition of the Aoyama to preserve the easy convertibility of the strap. But we removed the branding from the strap to make it more understated and elevated.
We made the key leash an elastic material to make it even easier to grab your keys without having to unhook them from the leash.

"would make this bag better. It's a great size and I love the versatility. Light colored lining and internal organization are great. The clasps between the strap pieces are not secure at all though; a small locking mechanism would increase security a lot. It would also be great to see this bag and the leather version with more cool-toned hardware options. This nylon bag is pricey for what you get."

Love: how light it is, that the fabric slides over my clothes, that it zips up securely, the inside pockets, the convertible strap, buckles easy to use and don’t demand being put together in just one way; love the colors. I thought I would love the outside phone pocket, but it doesn’t work as well as I expected — when there is more than just a few things in the purse, it can be hard to slide the phone in. I use it more often for the car key."

"i just received my Ayoyama bag and have already mad it my main everyday carry. The green works with everything, and I expecially love the key keeper so that when I load it up with everything, I can still easily find my keys and keycard, which inevitably ends up at the very bottom. Deceptively roomy! I wish the bag hardware was silvertoned instead of gold and a little less jingly, but those are really tiny issues."
"I really wanted to like this bag. The bag itself is super cute, has great pockets and looks expensive. I hated the strap though. I get the need for a wide strap to make this bag convertible but I really didn't like it. It did not look as nice as the bag itself. Maybe a leather strap would be better? I would sacrifice converting this to a handheld bag for a nicer looking strap. Or a strap that you could swap out."
"I loved using this bag for travel this summer. First, the color is great. The material, nylon, has stood up well. The purse fell into a puddle and looks none the worse for wear. Like that lanyard attachment and the mesh interior pockets for keeping items separate. Good size and the versatility of the shoulder strap is quite fun."

"This bag holds more than it looks like from the outside. It's lightweight and has plenty of pockets to keep me organized. I've had it for a couple of weeks and like wearing it with the adjustable strap set on it's shortest setting. I can extend the strap when I want to make it cross chest.
