"I've been waiting forever for Lo&Sons to make an overnight bag with a dedicated laptop compartment! Works great. Other things I like about it: the shoe compartment is really clever! When you get to your destination you can take your shoes out and you don't end up with an empty lower compartment that leaves the bag unbalanced. I also like how the key leash is fully removable because I personally don't use any keys, so I always find a key leash to be an annoyance that gets in the way. I've used this bag now for both road trips and air travel. I think it works better for road trips, as it's a little difficult to get on and off carryon luggage handles. But it does totally max out your personal item space if that's a priority!"

For domestic USA orders, we accept returns for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hang tag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout and our shipping page) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.

Fast Shipping (estimated delivery in 3–4 business days) is $25 and available for orders containing three items or fewer.
