We kept the strap buckles from the first edition of the Aoyama to preserve the easy convertibility of the strap. But to elevate and refine the strap, we removed the branding and upgraded the strap material to be all leather.
We made the key leash an elastic material to make it even easier to grab your keys without having to unhook them from the leash.

I like the look of the bag but shouldn’t have to pay the handling fee to return this one and get a replacement. Based on the customer service, this isn’t worth it in case you get a defective item like mine."

Just not as rich as I’d hoped… maybe it will weather and develop more character. (It is very soft) What’s not as great: converting to the clutch puts the plastic clip in the center of your hand. It’s not comfortable, and it feels like one clumsy squeeze could have the strap open and your bag on the ground."
