Super Light And Comfortable

Weighing in at under 2 lbs, the Hanover 2 is super lightweight. To add extra comfort, the adjustable shoulder straps are designed with memory foam padding and constructed with a mesh underside to prevent the bag from slipping off the shoulders.

Surprisingly Spacious

Big enough to fit a laptop, tablet, books/magazines, toiletries, and a small change of clothes or even neck pillow. The removable padded insert has a dedicated laptop compartment that fits up to 13" laptops. In addition, the insert has a water bottle pocket and additional slip pockets to keep all your travel essentials organized.

Designed for Travel

Features an adjustable suitcase sleeve for attaching the bag to luggage handles. In addition, it comes with a removable insert that allows you to travel with a laptop, and then remove it at your destination for extra carrying capacity.

600D Recycled Poly is a 600D high density water resistant polyester made from recycled plastic bottles.

Interior

100% polyester and soft foam.

Comfortable Straps

Water & Wipe

We recommend using a damp cold cloth with water (preferably distilled) to wipe away any excess dirt or residue.

Spot Clean

If needed, we suggest spot cleaning the bag, but only with water (preferably distilled) or a mild detergent. However, test a small area of the bag with the detergent first before applying all over just to avoid any damage.

Shipping

Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout and our shipping page) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered. 

Please note: Due to high package volume from our shipping carriers, processing and delivery delays may occur. We are doing our best to get you your order as quickly as we can. International Shipping

We have partnered with Passport Shipping to ensure a smooth and reliable international shipping experience. Please allow up to 16 days for your order to be processed, shipped, and received at your specified destination.

Returns & Exchanges

For domestic USA orders, we accept free returns and exchanges for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hangtag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage. 

For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Final Sale Items

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process. If a sale item is non-returnable, the shopping cart will display a message that identifies certain products as “final sale items.” Purchases made during the warehouse sale are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return, exchange, or price matching.

We offer a free one year warranty, which covers product damages/defects.
