Lightweight & Comfortable
Weighing in at just over 2 lbs, the Hanover Deluxe 2 is lightweight and easy to carry. To add extra comfort, the adjustable shoulder straps are designed with memory foam padding and constructed with a mesh underside to prevent the bag from slipping off the shoulders.
Surprisingly Spacious
Big enough to fit a change of clothes, toiletries, and even a neck pillow. Features 2 exterior water bottle pockets and a roomy 3D front pocket. The removable padded insert has a dedicated laptop compartment that fits up to 15" laptops and tablets, plus 2 additional interior water bottle pockets and additional slip pockets to keep all your travel essentials organized.
Designed For Versatility

Care Instructions
Water & Wipe
We recommend using a damp cold cloth with water (preferably distilled) to wipe away any excess dirt or residue.
Spot Clean
If needed, we suggest spot cleaning the bag, but only with water (preferably distilled) or a mild detergent. However, test a small area of the bag with the detergent first before applying all over just to avoid any damage.

Shipping
Free Ground Shipping for all orders $250 and more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below $250 will incur a ground shipping fee (shown at checkout and our shipping page) - only available to US addresses. Orders can take up to 3-10 business days (does not include holidays and weekends) to be delivered.
Please note: Due to high package volume from our shipping carriers, processing and delivery delays may occur. We are doing our best to get you your order as quickly as we can. International Shipping
We have partnered with Passport Shipping to ensure a smooth and reliable international shipping experience. Please allow up to 16 days for your order to be processed, shipped, and received at your specified destination.

Returns & Exchanges
For domestic USA orders, we accept free returns and exchanges for any unused products within 30 days upon receiving your order. Returned products must have their original packaging, uncut hangtag with barcode, not show any signs of use, wear and tear, marks/scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage.
For international orders, unfortunately at this time, we cannot accept returns. But of course, we will always honor our warranty in the rare case a product has a defect or malfunctions.

Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process.
